Prosciutto-Wrapped Grissini

A summer must, for a “dolce vita” feeling


Ingredients :


Grissini
6 slides of prosciutto


- Lay a prosciutto slice flat.

- Grab a grissino and lay it diagonally on the top of the prosciutto slice.

- Roll the prosciutto around the grissino: you’re good to go!


Caramelised Cherry Tomato Skewers

 

A great recipe for sharing that combines the freshness of tomatoes with a sweet, caramelised flavour.


(Serves 6)


Ingredients :


20 cherry tomatoes
75 g white sugar
Sesame or poppy seeds


- Thread the tomatoes onto a skewer or toothpick and put the seeds in a bowl.

- Melt the sugar in a pan on medium heat until you get a golden caramel. Switch off the heat. Keep an eye on your caramel because it can easily burn.

- Dip the tomato skewers into the caramel, then into the seeds.

- Lay the skewers on baking paper and let cool down.


Charcuterie Flowers


You want to "spice up" your charcuterie boards to impress your buddies. Here we here are the keys to a dressing style that's sure to impress.

For 3 charcuterie flowers, you’ll need: 9-10 slices of charcuterie (preferably round slices)

(Serves 6)

- Grab a glass.

- One by one, fold 4 slices of charcuterie on the rim of the glass, making sure one half is folded into the glass and the other half is folded on the outside of the glass.

- Now, fold 3 slices, so that they overlap the first layer.

- For the last layer, you will fold 2 slices so that they overlap the second row.

- Lay a plate on the glass and turn it around.

- Gently remove the glass to discover your charcuterie flower!
