Our story
Two years ago, our team of young winemakers decided to shake up the wine sector. We started a wild project with the ambition to co-create, together with our consumers, a wine that would please the new generation, a no-fuss product made with conscious. This product ought to be fresh, affordable and fruity, made with carefully selected grape varieties, grown and produced with a real know-how.
This resulted in a creative outburst, guided by the spirit of an entire generation. The idea of a white and a rosé wine slowly emerged with time, our winemakers ran a few tests and adjusted the blends, allowing the colours to reveal themselves. Hand in hand, our winemakers and consumers discussed, questioned and challenged each other. One and a half year later, our wines were ready, there was just one last thing missing... We added a subtle and playful fizz to tickle your palate. Sans Pépin was born: a 100% wine, 0% hassle drink.

Sans Pépin by Vignobles Edonis
Vignobles Edonis is a wine cooperative grouping winemakers from representing the whole Loire wine region.
Between the 1930s and the 1950s, Val de Loire winemakers developed collective projects to face economic crises, maintain their vineyards and staff, while still being able to take part in the development of their appellations.
Over the years, initiatives slowly led to innovating projects aiming to promote the Val de Loire wines.
Every generation witnessed a major modernisation project. Sans Pépin is one of them, with the development of a wine that shakes things up while promoting the skills of our winemakers as well as our local terroir.
